Shipping Policy

FORZA LABS orders are produced and fulfilled by our third-party fulfillment partner, Supliful, from U.S. fulfillment facilities.

Order processing

Most orders require approximately 1–5 business days for fulfillment before shipment. Larger or more complex orders, first-time label verification, product availability, holidays, or other operational issues can extend processing time.

Orders can usually be changed or canceled only while they remain in the initial New status. Once an order has been accepted for fulfillment, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible.

Estimated delivery times

For U.S. domestic shipments, regular shipping is generally estimated at 2–4 business days after fulfillment and express shipping at 1–3 business days after fulfillment. International shipments to supported destinations are generally estimated at 3–5 business days after fulfillment, excluding customs processing delays.

Tracking

Tracking information is provided when the carrier accepts the shipment. Carrier scans can take time to appear after a tracking number is created.

International orders

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Customs clearance can delay delivery.

Address accuracy

Please verify your shipping address before submitting your order. Incorrect, incomplete, refused, or unclaimed shipments may require additional reshipping charges and may not qualify for a refund.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your package is lost in transit, contact us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery and include photographs and a brief description of the issue.
